Shipping & Returns

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

• Processing takes up to  3-5 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner.
• WHOLESALE orders will process in 7-10 business days.

Can I make changes to my order?

• Because we strive process and ship items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Order Cancellations

• Once your order is placed, if you decide to cancel it prior to shipping there is a 15% restocking fee. 

Do you offer refunds on the products?

• All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.
• Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact USPS or UPS for further details once you receive tracking number.
